As you progress toward your goals, scheduling a follow-up Resting Metabolic Rate assessment (RMR) is a great way to keep you on track. When your fitness level changes, so do your caloric needs. RMR is also affected by your body weight , if you've recently lost or gained weight, now is the perfect time to re-assess. Other lifestyle factors can also affect your RMR, such as stress, changes in sleep, ago, or hormonal changes.
Active Metabolic Testing (AMT) determines your specific training zones along with Anaerobic Threshold and VO2max. Testing can be tailored to fit your needs. Monitor the progress of your training program by scheduling a follow-up AMT.
Knowing how your metabolism works is essential to creating a plan to live healthy, look better, and perform to your full potential. Our New Leaf metabolic assessment is based on decades of medical research and proven scientific know-how. Whether you're just strating to exercise ot you're training for your next marathon, you can boost you metabolism and that means you can achieve your goal of better health , fitness, or athletic performance - when your exercise and nutrition plans are based on your personal metabolic profile.
What's a metabolic profile? Think of it as your metabolic fingerprint: It's unique to you, and it holds all the info needed to create a highly successful, personal exercise training plan. Your metabolic profile helps your trainer determine how long you should exercise and how intensely (probably not as hard as you think!) Offered at Vitality Massage and Wellness by our personal training staff, see how personal active metabolic training can help you train effectively for your goals.
Establish your personal metabolic profile for weight management, improved fitness or improved athletic performance. With two assessments, you will learn how many calories your body needs each day and how to train effectively for your goals. Your Resting Rate and Active Metabolic Test will give you a complete base for training and nutrition. Your Initial Metabolic Profile includes your own personal testing kit and mask along with a one year subscription to enewleaf.com, our portal for online fitness management.
