PROFESSIONAL FITNESS

Our state of the art facility features full service amenities with over 200 expertly maintained cardio machines, fully equipped selectorized equipment, free weight room, an indoor track, and three large fitness studios. Schedule a private or group session with one of our fully certified proessional trainers. Qualified instructors teach over 90 group fitness classes weekly including aerobics, sutdio cycling, Pilates, yoga, and more. We are certain you will find a class for your fitness level.
