CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING

Get Heart-Strong with our endless assortment of equipment. We have over 100 individual pieces of cardiovascular equipment (including treadmills, cross-trainers, upright/recumbent bikes, stair steppers, rowers, incline trainers) and over 300 pieces of free-weight, plate-loaded, and selectorized equipment.

COURT SPORTS

We have 3 courts for Raquetball, Squash, Wallyball, Paddleball, and Handball. Members can reserve dates and times by signing up at the front desk. You can also sign up to play on league.

BASKETBALL COURTS

We have two full-length basketball courts, on which we offer free pick-up leagues during open family hours as well as scheduled leagues with referees (additional fees apply) for Basketball and Volleyball. For league info, please visit Club Activities.

INDOOR TRACK

Our 3 lane, shock-absorbant track is located on the mezzanine level and measures 1/10 of a mile. The track has designated lanes for walking, running, and passing.

AQUATICS

The Indoor Pool has a waterslide, waterfall, aerobic area and 25m lanes dedicated to lap swimming. Pool depths range from 1 - 5.5 feet, with water barriers to retain junior members. The pool is kept at a comfortable 83°.

The Outdoor Pool The olympic size pool measures over 7,000 square feet and features a water slide and diving area, 25m lap lanes, zero-depth entry, and general swim areas. Depths of the outdoor pool range from 0–12.5 feet. Members and their families can lounge poolside, visit with friends, order food and drinks from the restaurant, and generally enjoy the warm summer months.

ROCK CLIMBING

Our wall has 3 climbing surfaces and measures over 25ft. high. It's equipped for various skill levels and features the “auto belay” safety climbing system. Please visit our Club Activities for scheduled hours of operation, policies, and fees. The wall may be rented out for birthday parties, team building events, etc.

IMPROVE YOUR SWING

Train with Marc White, our golf pro. You may choose private or group lessons, or even just a video swing analysis! Marc also carries a line of great putters available for purchase in the studio.
