New at GLAC! The kettlebell adds an element of instability to your workout due to the shape of the bell. The foundational movements challenge the hips and core to increase strength, power, and body awareness. Kettlebell training is efficient in that it challenges the cardiovascular and neuromuscular systems together. Kettlebell training can help you achieve goals of weight loss, cardiovascular conditioning, strength and power. Classes may also include use of TRX Suspension Training, body weight conditioning or other modes of training.
