Great Lakes Athletic Club Summer Camp 2011

Are your kids ready for a different kind of summer, one that doesn't include sitting at home watching T.V and being bored? Well than Great Lakes Athletic Club Summer camp is just the place for your family!! Your kids will enjoy an athletic based program filled with exciting themes that are centered around weekly field trips to are local metro attractions.

On a typical day at camp your child will experience an action packed day filled with fun games, outdoor activities, rock climbing, arts and crafts, swimming, and most importantly making new friends.

Need a day to yourself? Great Lakes Athletic Club Camp not only offers weekly rates, but daily drop in rates as well. Early drop off and late pick up are also available at an additional cost. For more information please contact the Member Activities Office at 248- 393-3085 ext: 530.

Summer Camp Information

Camp Begins June 13th, 2011and Ends September 2nd, 2011

Ages: 5 - 12

Camp runs: Monday—Friday 9:00am—4:00pm

Pre-Care is available from 7:30am-9:00am

Post-Care is available from 4:00pm-6:00pm

Campers have a choice to bring a sack lunch or to purchase a healthy lunch from Vitality Cafe located inside the Great Lakes Athletic Club.

Safety Procedures

The Safety of your children is Great Lakes Athletic Clubs first priory, all Summer Camp counselors are CPR and First— Aid certified. For your child's safety our pool is always staffed with certified life guards in addition to the Summer camp counselors during camp swim hours. If your child has not passed a swim test they are required to have a lifeguard approved lifesaving device. Water wings are not permitted. Life jackets are available upon request.

Camp Forms

Camp Policies

Campers should wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothing for gym activities and weather.
Please bring a labeled water bottle, towel, swimsuit, and sack lunch.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany the camp participant at check-in.
Additional paperwork, such as health forms, are needed for the camper before the first day of camp.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED IN ANY FORM FOR CANCELATION CAMP ENROLLMENT, NOR WILL SUBSTITUTIONS OF OTHER DATES FOR CANCELLED DATES BE ALLOWED.
