It is never too early to start teaching your child the importance of daily exercise. These fun classes will get your little ones moving and excited about physical activity. Classes include:
Kids Yoga – Our kids yoga program explores different poses, breathing, relaxation techniques, and the power of positive thinking.
Swimming Classes – Learning to swim is a childhood rite of passage, and it is necessary for their personal safety. Using the Red Cross standards and guidelines we will get your child in the pool and swimming skillfully. Private and semi-private classes are both offered.
Basketball Advanced – Get your kid moving on the court. This is a seven-week class of intermediate level basketball. Jake Shockey and his staff will teach your child the basics of the game by focusing on shooting, passing, rebounding, dribbling, and, of course, having fun.
Individual Basketball Training – If you have a child who is dedicated to the sport and looking to improve their skills treat them to a one-on-one session with Jake Shockey, former Orchard Lake St. Mary’s and Aquinas College player. These sessions will focus on individual skills training and leadership for players of all levels.
Kid’s Karate – This class is designed to introduce children ages 5 to 7 to the fun and discipline of the martial arts. With a maximum of 8 children per class, your child will get lots of individual attention for more fun and greater skill building.
