Strength

Strength training is as equally important as cardio. Building strength protects bone and muscle health, helps develop better body mechanics, and it is one of the most effective ways to burn fat and build muscle. Strength training also builds a stronger heart, increases bone density, improves cholesterol and helps with balance and coordination. Plus, it is fun and being strong makes life easier! We offer a variety of classes that make it easy to kick-start your muscle building. Classes include:

BODYPUMP – Don’t be scared to pick up those weights. This is for beginner and advanced weight lifters.

Freemotion – Freemotion workouts are here. The equipment for all your strength and cardio needs.

Kettlebell – Using Kettlebells are a great alternative to people who aren’t comfortable with using weights. These have a variety of different weights to choose from, so anyone can enjoy the benefits.

Sculpt Tone – Look to gain a strong body after this class. Your muscles will be screaming when we are through with you.

Sculpt Tone X – The strength of your upper body is important. We will kick those key areas, along with your mid-section.
