Andrew is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a specialty in Kettlebells for individuals or small groups as well a Explosive Lifting for Sports.

He is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute in Rochester Hills. Andrew is also a Myzone Coach at GLAC, challenging clients with workouts designed to promote functional fitness and a lean, athletic body.

Andrew is a highly sought-after trainer for weight loss and overall fitness. He will create challenging, fun and successful training routines and has helped several clients achieve their weight loss goals.He also works with athletes on speed, agility and conditioning. His list of clients includes baseball players, track athletes, and golfers. He will create workouts that are effective for athletes looking to play at the next level. He understands the changing needs of the human body in respect to athletic performance and his workouts are tailored to the needs of each athlete based on nutrition, rest, recovery, stress and history of injury.

Jaclyn discovered her passion for the fitness industry at the age of 17. Starting out as a front desk employee at a local gym, Jaclyn quickly rose through the ranks taking on more responsibilities around the gym. She felt she had found her calling, helping others feel the benefits of a healthy lifestyle! Seeing what strength and conditioning has done for her health and physique, Jaclyn turned to the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) to deepen her knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, sports psychology and assessment. NPTI, located in Rochester, MI gave Jaclyn the hands on and classroom education she needed to begin a successful career in personal training. Along with her personal training certification, Jaclyn also earned certifications in TRX Suspension Training and Kettlebells. Her experience at NPTI has prepared her to work with a variety of populations, from those just starting to exercise to seasoned body builders. Jaclyn enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities and looks forward to seeing positive changes in her clients.

Jessica began her fitness career by teaching swim lessons and later coaching competitive swimming. Developing a passion for health and fitness, Jessica began teaching group fitness and conducting dry land training for local swim teams. As an avid runner, Jessica has developed training programs to improve time. She has also been a nationally ranked bikini competitor.
Her wide range of experience in athletics, running and nutrition planning has helped her to evolve her training style. Jessica maintains cutting-edge training techniques to keep her workouts fresh and fun. If you are interested in improving your health, attitude and energy with proper nutrition and exercise, Jessica can provide the guidance you need.
Her positive attitude and upbeat nature has made Jessica a favorite here at Great Lakes Athletic Club.

Lynne Roth

Through her training experience, knowledge of sound nutrition and experience as a Life Coach, Lynne has changed not only hers but many lives. She has won local body building and figure competitions and has even gone on to compete at the national level.

Lynne has used her discipline in the weight room and expertise in nutrition to gain first-hand knowledge of how to change one’s physique through diet and exercise. In 2013, Lynne went through a partial knee replacement due to a sports injury stemming
from her days as a competitive softball player but, as she always looks at the bright side, she learned as much as she could from her rehab so she could pass the information on to her clients suffering with similar injuries. Through studying, asking the right questions, and training, Lynne has become the go-to trainer for post-rehab training of the knees.

She believes lifelong strength training is crucial to a high quality of life. She recognizes that every client’s needs are unique and understands that their workouts and nutrition must be unique as well. By listening to her clients’ goals, she has created programs to help raise energy, strengthen physique and improve overall health.

Paulette Belanger

Paulette is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer with specialty certifications in youth fitness, senior fitness, pre-and post-natal fitness, TRX Suspension Training and Kettlebells.

Along with her years at GLAC, she has also owned her own in-home training business; traveling to clients’ homes and businesses for individual and small group training sessions.

Paulette has experience working with clients who are new to fitness as well as the most seasoned athletes! Her expertise has helped clients with cardiovascular disease lose weight and gain a healthy lifestyle.

Paulette also challenges a group of hard-core triathletes in her morning TRX classes! Whether you’re just beginning an exercise program or are ready to take things to the next level, Paulette can help you achieve your fitness goals!

Regan Slocum

Regan brings over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry to Great Lakes Athletic Club. Her wide range of experience includes sports specific training, cardiac rehab, post-rehab training, lifestyle education and weight management.

While obtaining her bachelors at Michigan State University, Regan worked alongside the Strength and Conditioning Director for Olympic Sports, as well as at Ingham Regional Medical Center as a Cardiac Rehab intern. These experiences helped launch her career as a personal trainer for athletes of all ages and abilities. Treating everyone as an athlete, Regan knows how to demand the best performance from each client on any given day.

Understanding that each client has their own unique challenges, Regan will create a program that is appropriately strenuous and always interesting! With her large family of 6, Regan enjoys cooking healthy meals, hiking, traveling and competing in obstacle races.

Her athletic achievements have included cheer leading for the MSU Spartans as well as the Detroit Pistons and national level fitness and figure competition. Most recently, Regan placed first in the Michigan Warrior Dash, earning a bid to the World Championships held in Sacramento, CA. Tackling obstacles can be a metaphor for real life and Regan has the real-world experience to lead you through the challenge!

Roy Mclntyre

Roy is a fitness professional with over 12 years experience in the industry. Roy holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, and holds advanced credentials as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Sports Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a Certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting, the governing body for all U.S. Olympic weightlifing events and athletes. Roy is a personal trainer experienced in promoting exercise weight programs that concentrate on joint structure and muscle function, injury prevention, plyometrics, and speed and strength training techniques. Roy establishes both group and individual fitness programs for adults, youths and athletes. He has extensive knowledge in exercise physiology, fitness testing protocols, kinetic chain assessment, and sports performance training, preparations and procedures.

Stephanie’s love for athletics, fitness, and competition led to her development as a successful 3 sport athlete at Clarkston High School, where she began to understand the importance of how proper training practices can enhance performance and decrease the chance of injury.

She continued her athletic career by accepting a full-ride scholarship to play volleyball at Oakland University. Upon the completion of her bachelor’s degree the Golden Grizzlies brought her on board as a coach in the Strength and Conditioning department.

In 2009, Stephanie was hired by GLAC as a part of the personal training team, and she quickly fell in love with both the people and the environment. Stephanie has broadened her education and experience through kettlebell certification and most recently, Les Mills GRIT certification.

Stephanie loves living an active lifestyle with her family and has completed several running events from 5k to half marathon. She offers high energy and rewarding workouts that will not only help you achieve your goals, but also reach new heights.
