Aqua Deep – Dive into the deep end of the pool and challenge your body with the moves we have designed to build up your determination.
Aqua Mix – A cardio workout with a hit of strength training. You will feel great after this one.
Aqua Waves –This is a wonderful exercise for people suffering from muscle pain, or someone who is new to water exercises.
